Thomas Harer

Thomas Harer, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Manager at In-N-Out Burger, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Tax Manager and Tax Manager at Ronald Blue & Co. | CPAs from October 2021 to October 2024, as well as various positions at Deloitte from January 2017 to October 2021, including Tax Manager, Tax Senior Consultant, and Tax Consultant. Earlier experience comprises managing the Fitlab/Wellness Lab at Anteater Recreation Center and serving as Vice President of Finance for the 2015 Interfraternity Council, where Thomas developed a comprehensive operating budget and maintained financial records. As Head of the Philanthropy Committee for Kappa Sigma Fraternity, over $5,000 was raised for the Military Heroes Campaign in 2015. Thomas began a professional journey in soccer officiating with the Orange County Soccer Referee Association. Educational background includes a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of California, Irvine.
