Dean Flint

Dean Flint is currently the President and CEO of In-Place Machining Company, where Dean oversees high-precision projects completed on-site worldwide. Prior to this, Dean served as the Chief Executive Officer of Action - Specialized Transportation & Environmental Services and held various leadership roles at Schneider National. Dean is a veteran of the United States Army and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
