Binh Nguyen

Binh Nguyen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate operations and financial planning, currently serving as Vice President of Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Operations at In-Q-Tel since May 2005. Prior roles include Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at InPhonic, where notable achievements included leading the analytical components of an S-1 registration for a successful IPO and managing relationships with Wall Street analysts. Additionally, experience spans operations finance at American Tower, where Binh developed profitability cost models and optimized network costs, as well as various financial roles at Neustar, MediaCenters, Network Access Solutions, UUNET, Global One, Infosolv Corporation, and GE Water & Process Technologies. Binh holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MBA in Finance and Accounting, and a Master's in International Commerce from George Mason University, along with a graduate degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
