Rob Mills

Rob Mills is a seasoned technology architect currently serving as a Senior Technology Architect at In-Q-Tel since July 2023. Previously, Rob worked at NVIDIA as a Senior Offensive Hardware Security Researcher from October 2021 to July 2023. A significant portion of Rob's career was spent at Sandia National Laboratories, where roles included Technical Policy Fellow for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Mobile Device Detailee to the US Government, and Technical Project Lead for a large-scale integrated circuit assurance program. Rob's expertise spans cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, mobile security, hardware reverse engineering, and FPGA development, underpinned by a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
