Steve Martin

Steve Martin has a diverse work background in the fields of software engineering, user experience design, and management. Steve most recently worked at In-Situ Environmental, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Software Engineering & User Experience. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing software engineering and UX design, specifically designing mobile and web applications for water quality measurement solutions.

Prior to their role at In-Situ Environmental, Steve worked at Schneider Electric as a User Experience Design Manager and User Experience Designer. During their time there, they led a team of UX and visual designers, rebuilt the UX team to align with market transformations, and conducted design brainstorming sessions. Steve also played a key role in redesigning the user interface of software products and tools to create a cohesive experience. Additionally, they spearheaded the design of the company's first mobile application on both iOS and Android.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Steve had their own design and UX consulting businesses, Clever Cubed, Inc. and Floating Point Media, Inc. Steve also gained experience as a Lead Designer at WinVisible Marketing, Inc.
