Amit Kothari is an accomplished financial executive with extensive expertise in leading finance functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at In-Solutions Global Ltd since June 2025, Amit focuses on scaling payment solutions internationally through strategic financial initiatives, business partnerships, and sustainable growth models. Previously, at Ashv Finance, Amit developed a sustainable business model for an MSME NBFC while raising capital and forming strategic partnerships. As Head of Finance at Propelld, Amit led financial operations within the fintech sector, managing investor relations and compliance. Additionally, Amit successfully led an IPO at Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited and played a pivotal role in financial strategies at Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. Amit holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce graduate degree from the University of Mumbai.
