Franz Quixtner

Franz Quixtner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Franz currently holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer at in-tech GmbH, where they have been working since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an MA Informatiossicherheit at the same company starting from March 2019. Before joining in-tech GmbH, Franz Quixtner held the role of Senior Systemadministrator at PROCON IT from May 2018 to February 2019. Franz also worked as a Systemadministrator at PROCON IT Aktiengesellschaft from May 2014 to April 2018. Prior to that, they were a Systemadministrator at Scout24 Holding GmbH from May 2012 to April 2014. Franz Quixtner's earlier career began at Autobahndirektion Südbayern in 1998, where they worked as a Bauzeichner from July 1998 to May 2006, and later as an IT-Koordinator from June 2006 to April 2012.

Franz Quixtner began their education at the Städtischen Berufsschule für das Bau- und Kunsthandwerk, where they studied Tief-, Straßen- und Landschaftsbau from 1995 to 1998. Following that, from 2002 to 2007, they attended DAA-Technikum and earned a degree in Technische Informatik, becoming a Staatl. gepr. Informatiker.

In addition to their formal education, Franz has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they received the WatchGuard Technical Certification - Fireware Essentials from cmt Computer- und Management Trainings GmbH. In 2018, they obtained the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification from New Horizons München. Two years later, in 2019, they completed the Information Security Officer according to ISO/IEC 27000 series certification offered by TÜV Süd. Most recently, in 2022, they acquired the Information Security Auditor/Lead Auditor certification, also provided by TÜV Süd.

There are also a few additional certifications listed, including ITIL v3 Foundation, VMware vSphere: Overview v5.1, and "Best Practices - Gruppenrichtlinien." However, the obtained month and year for these certifications are not provided.
