Jannes Eckart

Jannes Eckart is an experienced development engineer specializing in driver assistance systems, currently working at in-tech GmbH since September 2017, focusing on software development for virtual testing in the automotive sector. Prior experience includes an engineering internship at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development Japan, where responsibilities encompassed testing and developing driver assistance systems as well as creating a Matlab GUI for automated reference route evaluation. Jannes also contributed as a student research assistant at Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht, developing a novel friction stir welding tool as part of materials research, and served as a university tutor in mechanics and programming at Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg. Educationally, Jannes holds a Master of Science in theoretical mechanical engineering and a Master of Engineering in energy engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Hamburg University of Technology.
