Tamra Boucher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting, human resources, and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Leadership Consultant and Director of Client Success at IN2GREAT since January 2022, Tamra specializes in leveraging data to foster environments that maximize individual potential. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at 20/20 Custom Molded Plastics, Ltd., where Tamra enhanced people analytics and cultural initiatives during a period of significant staff growth. At HALDRUP USA Corp., Tamra was the Managing Director overseeing the start-up phase of an international manufacturing company. Previous roles also include significant contributions at Bluffton Regional Medical Center and Caylor-Nickel Clinic, P.C., focusing on strategic planning, physician recruitment, and community relations. Tamra holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Journalism/Public Relations from Ball State University.
