Debra Young, PHR, SHRM-CP is currently the Co-Founder/Managing Partner at Sheer Velocity, LLC, specializing in executive searches. Debra is also a Partner at INAC Global Executive Search, a top global executive search firm. Debra has a diverse background, having previously served in leadership roles at Habitat for Humanity, DHR International, and Edwards Executive Search. Debra holds a MA in Music and a Bachelors of Music from the University of Denver, and has certifications in Human Resources Management and Paralegal Studies from Villanova University and Carthage College, respectively.
