Lais B. Passarelli

Lais B. Passarelli is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the industry. As the partner and founder of Passarelli Executive Search since July 1991, Lais has played a pivotal role in both the Brazilian market and the global landscape through INAC Global Executive Search, where Lais has served as a partner since May 1997. Lais’s leadership extends to a board membership and the role of Vice President of Expansion at INAC - Executive Search Excellence. Prior to founding Passarelli Executive Search, Lais co-founded PCF Consultores and holds multiple degrees from Universidade de São Paulo, including a Master’s in Social and Labor Psychology, along with qualifications in Social Sciences and Psychology, and an Executive Coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation.
