Ross Rich

CEO & Co-Founder at Accord

Ross Rich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they co-founded Victorious Events, an events production company that successfully hosted over 30 events and raised $50k for charitable causes. Ross also managed a team of 20+ promoters and grossed $500k in revenue. From 2013 to 2015, they founded Ross Rich Management, where they managed developing musical acts across Canada, booking tours, producing demos, and raising funds for artist development. In 2014, Ross worked in marketing at Columbia Records. Ross then joined Stripe in 2015, initially working in sales for startups and mid-market clients, and later transitioning to the role of Global Platforms, Partnerships Lead from 2017 to 2020.
