Teresa Madariaga

Teresa Madariaga has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Teresa began their career in 1998 as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Assurant. Teresa then worked as a Senior Actuarial Consultant at EY from 2000 to 2002. In 2004, they became the Director - Marine Sales Area at Ingeteam Power Technology. Teresa then transitioned to the role of Chief European Actuary at Tokio Marine HCC - International Group, where they worked from 2005 to 2011. During this time, they also served as a Partner & Chief Actuary at Leverforce from 2011 to 2014. Teresa continued to contribute their expertise as an Actuarial Services Provider - Consultant at ANV Global Services from 2011 to 2013. In 2017, they joined inari.io as the Chief Actuarial Officer. Finally, Teresa assumed the role of Chairwoman at Ingeteam S.A. in 2015, where they currently serve.

Teresa Madariaga attended KU Leuven from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Economics. Before that, from 1996 to 1997, they studied Financial and Actuarial Science at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Their undergraduate education was completed at the same institution from 1992 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Teresa obtained the FCAS certification from the Casualty Actuarial Society in March 2002.
