Antonella Massafra has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Antonella Massafra has a diverse education history. In 2002, they earned their High School Diploma in Scientific High School from Liceo Scientifico Cosimo De Giorgi. Antonella then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, Antonella participated in the Erasmus program at Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) where they continued their studies in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Following their time at UTC, they returned to Politecnico di Milano to complete their Master of Science (MSc) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from 2010 to 2013.

Antonella further expanded their education by attending Michigan State University in 2015, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. The duration of their studies at Michigan State University is not specified. Antonella pursued additional certifications to enhance their language skills, obtaining an IELTS score of 7.5/9 from the British Council in September 2014, and achieving a C1 level in the TOEIC exam from the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in September 2010.
