Cole Thress

Cole Thress began their work experience in 2011 as an Associate Co-Op Engineer at Parker Hannifin. Cole then worked as an Engineering Intern at Applied Medical in 2012. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Development Engineer at the same company. Moving on to Inari Medical in 2015, Cole started as a Project Engineer before being promoted to Sr. Project Engineer in 2018. Cole then became the R&D Engineering Manager in 2020 and is currently serving as the R&D Engineering Director since January 2021.

Cole Thress attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
