Manufacturing Engineer II at Inari Medical

Dajah Batton has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. Dajah started their career as an Engineering Intern at Cryoquip in 2017. Later that year, they joined Engineers Without Borders Cal Poly Pomona as a member of the International Project Team, where they contributed to the construction of a new well and a rain catchment system in Nicaragua. Dajah also took on the role of Executive Secretary within the same organization.

In 2018, Dajah worked as an Aquaponics Engineering Assistant at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they aided in sustaining an on-campus aquaponics system. Their responsibilities included maintaining fish tanks, plant beds, and pH levels to protect the fish and ensure efficient operation. Dajah also introduced proper bacteria to eliminate excess ammonia through oxidation.

From 2017 to 2019, Dajah served as a Supply Chain Engineering Intern at REV Group, Inc. Their role involved supporting supply chain operations and gaining exposure to the field.

In 2019, Dajah joined Applied Medical as a Process Engineer II. In this position, they worked in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain and improve production manufacturing processes. Dajah conducted root cause analysis to address manufacturing process bottlenecks and equipment malfunctions and implemented efficient product output strategies.

Most recently, in 2022, Dajah joined Inari Medical as a Manufacturing Engineer II. Additional details about their current role are not provided.

Dajah Batton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Dajah attended the university from 2014 to 2019. In January 2019, they also received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
