Emily C.

Emily C. has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical engineering. Emily currently works at Inari Medical as an R&D Project Engineer since September 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of R&D Associate Project Engineer at the same company from September 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, they have experience as a Make-a-Thon Co-Director at UC Davis BMES where they coordinated a virtual medical device hackathon from May 2020 to June 2021. Emily also worked as a Research and Development Intern at Neuspera Medical Inc. in the summer of 2020. As a Student-Athlete Mentor at UC Davis Student-Athlete Mentors, they provided mentorship from September 2019 to June 2020. Emily has also completed an internship at UC Davis Biomedical Engineering Summer Innovation Internship in 2018 where they explored different clinics and labs, analyzed tasks and equipment, and gained exposure to hospital workflows.

Emily C. completed their high school education at Saratoga High School from 2013 to 2017. Emily then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Davis from 2017 to 2021.
