Jeff Hron

Jeff Hron is currently a Senior Manager IT for Enterprise Systems at Inari Medical, responsible for aligning IT projects with organizational goals across various functions including HR, Finance, and Legal. Prior to this role, Jeff spent over 22 years at Mattel, Inc., where positions included Director IT, Portfolio Lead, Senior Manager IT, Commercial Systems, and Project Manager & Lead Business Analyst. During tenure at Mattel, Jeff led the transition to SaaS and cloud platforms, managed diverse stakeholder relationships, and executed enterprise-wide IT programs, including the implementation of the first Enterprise Data Warehouse. Jeff Hron holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of California, Riverside.
