Norma Gallardo-Hymes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Norma Gallardo-Hymes obtained their Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from UABC- School of Veterinary Medicine between 1980 and 1985. Later on, Norma pursued an Associates Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology or Environmental Technology from Instituto Tecnologico de Tijuana, though the specific dates are not provided.
