Olivia Gladkowski

Olivia Gladkowski has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Olivia is currently working as an R&D Project Engineer II at Inari Medical since May 2022. Previously, they worked at Spectrum Plastics Group as a Manufacturing Engineer from November 2018 to April 2022. Their responsibilities included initiating R&D builds, transitioning them to pilot builds, developing and improving processes, project management, and customer interaction. Olivia also gained experience in training new engineers, writing and executing validation protocols, and designing and iterating complex catheter assemblies. Prior to that, Olivia worked as an Engineering Intern at Spectrum Plastics Group and Sonendo, Inc. Olivia had various projects where they worked on implementing safety procedures, creating artwork for labels, and responding to FDA regulations.

Olivia Gladkowski obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside. Olivia pursued their education from 2014 to 2018.
