Human Resources Coordinator at Inari Medical

Shannon Billie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they started their career as a Cashier at Panera Bread, where they gained valuable customer service skills and worked with a highly productive team. Shannon then joined The University of South Dakota, where they held two roles: as a Resident Assistant, they created and organized campus programs and addressed residents' concerns, and as a Front Desk Assistant, they provided customer service and managed mail and equipment rentals. In 2016, Shannon joined College Possible as a Campus-based College Coach, where they worked closely with low-income students enrolled at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, providing guidance and support throughout their college journey. Next, they worked at PGA TOUR as a Soft Goods Supervisor, overseeing the operations of the merchandise department. In 2019, Shannon joined Homerun Electronics Inc as a People & Culture Administrator, responsible for various HR tasks for a team of 110+ employees and gained expertise in using ADP WorkForce Now online portal system. Shannon then worked at VRL Eurofins Laboratories and Inari Medical as a Human Resources Coordinator, handling HR responsibilities.

Shannon Billie attended Omaha North Highschool from 2008 to 2012, but did not obtain a degree or major in any field of study during this time. From 2012 to 2016, Shannon Billie attended the University of South Dakota and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General. Additionally, Shannon Billie obtained certifications in Academic Advising from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in January 2017, and in Safe Zone Training from The University of South Dakota in August 2013.
