Andrea Borucki

Andrea Borucki is an accomplished legal professional specializing in intellectual property and patent law. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Inari since August 2022, Borucki previously held the position of Sr. Legal and IP Counsel at Inari from March 2020 to August 2021. Prior to joining Inari, Borucki was the General Patent Counsel at Dow AgroSciences for over 26 years, from September 1992 to August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Valparaiso University School of Law, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Purdue University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
