Deanna Dahir

Deanna Dahir is a Research Associate at Inari since January 2021, focused on plant molecular characterization and product development, conducting qPCR and fragment analysis assays. Prior experience includes a Masters Co-op at Aptagen, LLC, where Deanna assisted in the development of aptamers through SELEX, and a Laboratory Technician role at Bayer Crop Science, supporting environmental chemistry studies and general lab maintenance. Deanna began a career in academia as a Student Assistant at Meredith College, performing statistical analyses, and started in retail as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works. Deanna holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Meredith College.
