Gini Ardiel-Hill is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and project management with extensive experience in the agricultural biotechnology sector. Currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Lead at Inari since June 2019, Gini oversees the global regulatory plan for gene edit products, collaborates cross-functionally, and advocates for new technologies with regulatory agencies. Previous roles at Inari included Product Project Manager and Seed Resources Manager, where Gini effectively led project teams and developed critical processes for seed germplasm risk mitigation. Prior to Inari, Gini held significant positions at Dow AgroSciences, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, emphasizing risk assessment, compliance, and stewardship in biotechnology. Gini's academic background includes a Master of Science in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Guelph.
