Amanda Donley

Amanda Donley began her career in banking when she took a position as a full-time INB teller in 2007, making a career change from working in retail management.

Since that time, Amanda worked her way up into new roles including teller supervisor and banker. In 2017, she was promoted to assistant branch manager, first at the Chatham branch and then at the Montvale and Wabash branches in 2019.

In October 2020, Amanda became Branch Manager for Chatham. She’s grateful for the opportunity to learn so many different areas of the bank’s operations and to create lasting relationships with customers. She also loves helping coach her staff and encourage them to grow in their careers.
