Hedvig Guhse

Hedvig Guhse currently serves as Group Head of Operational Risk Control and Chairman of the Operational Risk Board at Inbank since January 2021. Additionally, Guhse is the CEO and Founder of DucaLock, a position held since February 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Cyber Security Domain Manager at the Estonian Information System Authority from January 2017 to 2019, and various roles at SEB from 2009 to 2017, including Credit & Risk Area Risk Manager and Consultant in Corporate Banking. Academically, Guhse holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Banking from the Estonian Business School and is currently pursuing additional training in Computer Programming at the University of Tartu.
