Maciej Kołodziej has a diverse background in software development, with experience ranging from working as a Ruby Developer to various leadership roles such as Engineering Manager and Software Architect. Prior to their current position at Inbank, Maciej has worked for companies like Ragnarson and Netguru as a Ruby on Rails Developer. Before transitioning into tech, Maciej was the Co-Founder and CEO of COFFEEWAY. Maciej also has experience as a Financial Controller at BLT Building Land Technology. Maciej received their education from Kozminski University and the University of Gdansk.
