Azaam Basheer is a highly experienced IT professional currently serving as a Technical Lead at Halexo since May 2024. Prior to this, Azaam worked at Virtual IT Group (VITG) as a Security Defense Team Lead, where responsibilities included automating SaaS security solutions and conducting dark web monitoring. Azaam also held the position of NOC Team Lead at Uptime during the same period. Azaam's extensive career at Virtusa spanned over a decade, during which multiple roles were undertaken from Senior Consultant to Engineer. Notably, Azaam was an Offshore Technical Lead at Lifeline and a Technical Lead at Philips Lifeline. Azaam's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Solent University and an Associate's degree in International Higher Diploma in Computer Networks from EdHat International.

Firstly, moving from break-fix to recurring services and acquiring multiple other responsibilities, such as telephony, connectivity, and cyber security.
