Nuwantha Fonseka is a seasoned professional specializing in information security, data protection, and compliance. Currently serving as Manager of Governance and Compliance at Inbay since May 2023, Nuwantha previously held the position of Data Privacy Manager at Wiley from July 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing privacy awareness and implementing Privacy by Design across products and services. Nuwantha's extensive background includes roles as Assistant Manager in Cyber Security at PwC, IT Security Administrator at HNB Assurance PLC, and Senior Associate in Compliance at Innodata Inc. Additionally, Nuwantha has experience as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Colombo and has a Professional Graduate Diploma in IT from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
