Mariana M. is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in strategic engagement, operations coordination, and business development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Engagement Manager and previously as Operations Coordinator at InBC Investment Corp., Mariana supports strategic investments to bolster growth in British Columbia. Prior roles include Business Development and Operations Coordinator at Kasteel Construction and Coatings Inc., where Mariana contributed to training programs in Northern communities, and a range of positions at the UBC Sauder Centre for Social Innovation & Impact Investing, including Associate and Analyst, focusing on applied research in social innovation and impact investing. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Advisor and Program Manager for Propel Impact and has held various roles in educational and community-focused organizations. Mariana holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability from The University of British Columbia.
