Ashtad Pouredehi

Ashtad Pouredehi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic management within the FinTech sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Inbenta since May 2021, Pouredehi leads initiatives at an AI-driven customer experience platform. Previously, Pouredehi held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Horizn, contributing to its acquisition by Inbenta in 2023. Prior roles include Director of Customer Success and Services at Nomis Solutions, where Pouredehi implemented pricing engines for major Canadian banks and partnered with product management on new offerings.
