Kairi Vaikla

Kairi Vaikla has a strong background in product management and digital consulting. Kairi is currently working as the Director of Product Management at Inbenta. Prior to that, they held positions at Bounteous as the Director of Product Management and Associate Director of Product Management, where they oversaw teams and ensured successful product delivery for clients. Kairi also worked at Accenture Song as a Digital Consultant, managing the end-to-end delivery of digital product experiences and leading initiatives. Kairi has experience in growth strategy and operations consulting at Humber River Hospital Foundation, as well as pro-bono consulting at Make-A-Wish Canada. Additionally, they worked as a Client Services Support at Morneau Shepell, where they coordinated document preparation and decreased file turnaround time.

Kairi Vaikla has a Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences degree from Western University. Kairi also holds several certifications including AI for Product Management, Product Analytics Certification, Product-led Certification, Value Selling Framework, and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager.
