Nicola Paul

Nicola Paul is an experienced leader and founder dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable work environments. Currently serving as the Founder of Good Work Life since June 2020 and a Partner at Inbeta.io, Nicola focuses on bridging technology with executive search and leadership performance to reduce bias. With a history as a Senior Expert and Advisor at vorteXplore and a Business Advisor at the Cultural Intelligence Center, Nicola has reinforced employee listening and inclusivity strategies. Previously, Nicola held leadership roles at Green Park and John Lewis Partnership, where significant contributions were made to diversity and inclusion strategies. Nicola's early career included managerial positions at Waitrose and a brief stint at Carillion. Academically, Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences from the University of Southampton and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication for Business and Professions from Birkbeck, University of London.
