Danielle Spieckerman, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership positions. Danielle is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at InBloom Autism Services, where they provide strategic vision and leadership in the development of human capital strategies. Prior to this, Danielle served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Advanced Care Partners and AIM Clinics, where they were responsible for developing and executing HR strategies. Danielle also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Ascension, leading HR delivery for a large non-profit health system, and as the System Director of Talent Management at SSM Health, where they developed and implemented enterprise talent management strategies. Danielle's expertise includes areas such as talent management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, policy design, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Danielle Spieckerman, SHRM-SCP, earned their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2001. In addition to their formal education, Danielle Spieckerman has obtained certifications such as the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2017 and the CQI Plus Project Team Leader Training (Six Sigma Green Belt equivalent) from SSM Health in 2013.
