Susmita Banerjee

Susmita Banerjee is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RMC Switchgears Limited since July 2025, Susmita previously held the same position at Baazar Style Retail Ltd. from February 2020 to July 2025. Prior to this, Susmita was the Vice President of Human Resources at Baazar Retail Private Limited from January 2017 to February 2020, and the Head of HR at Vikram Solar from April 2011 to December 2016. Susmita holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from the Manipal Institute of Management and a Master of Science in Biology from Calcutta University, Kolkata.
