Tinisha Jordan

Tinisha Jordan is currently serving as an Operations Assistant at InBloom Autism Services since July 2023. Previously, Tinisha held the position of Assistant Executive Director, Operations at Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center from March 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included management and administration of a 182-bed nursing facility, focusing on high-quality patient care and customer service while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Tinisha also worked as a Social Worker in Case Management at Cypress Care Center from September 2017 to February 2020, providing social work services and developing care plans for residents. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant in Office Management at Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine from April 2014 to August 2017, where administrative tasks and insurance verification were key duties. Tinisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of South Alabama and an Associate of Arts in Health Services from Tallahassee State College.
