Fredrik Dafgård

Fredrik Dafgård has a diverse range of work experience. Fredrik started their career as a Summer Intern at Business Sweden in 2012. Fredrik then joined EY as a Consultant in August 2013 and later became a Senior Consultant in November 2015. In November 2015, they transitioned to Dafgårds as a Project Leader. From November 2016 to September 2020, Fredrik served as an Operational Excellence Manager, where they focused on organizational changes and the digitalization of operational excellence activities. In September 2020, they were promoted to Head of Operational Excellence & Industrial IoT, overseeing the development and rollout of the operational excellence program. Currently, Fredrik is the Digitaliseringschef/Chief Digital Officer at Dafgårds, where they lead a team of consultants and developers responsible for supporting company-wide developments and implementing a new digital strategy and roadmap centered around delivering business value over time.

Fredrik Dafgård's education history includes several notable achievements. In 2019-2020, they attended Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, where they completed an Executive Leadership Program.
