Mizuki Sawano

Mizuki Sawano currently serves as a Recruiting Advisor at Inbound Technology Co. Ltd. since April 2022, focusing on expanding career opportunities for foreign and Japanese individuals aspiring to work in Japan. Responsibilities include career counseling, introducing candidates to companies, interview preparation, and follow-up support for both job seekers and employers. Prior to this role, Mizuki served as a Career Advisor at KOREC from February 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included organizing events to support Korean students in securing employment in Japan, as well as managing cultural exchange initiatives between Japan and Korea. Mizuki holds a degree in International Culture from Hosei University.
