Andres Rodriguez

Andres Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the engineering field, specializing in product development and process engineering. Andres began their career at Implanted Acoustics in 2004, where they developed a tissue integration attachment process for implantable hearing aids and catheter ports. Andres then moved on to Zounds Hearing in 2006, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2008, they joined Second Sight Medical Products as a Process Development Engineer II, focusing on product and process development for implant in microelectronics packaging. Andres then worked at Ormco as a Product Development Engineer from 2010 to 2011, and at Baxter Healthcare as a Principal Device Engineer and later as a Sr. Principal Development Engineer from 2011 to 2012. Andres then joined Replenish as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Avalon Laboratories, LLC as a Materials Engineer. Andres then returned to Ormco from 2015 to 2018 as a Sr. Product Development Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Biogennix as a Sr. Project Engineer since 2018, and at Swift Health Systems Inc. as a Sr. Principal Engineer since 2020.

Andres Rodriguez earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, from 2004 to 2006. Andres then pursued a Master's of Science in Materials Engineering at the same institution from 2009 to 2010. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Biological Safety Training from NAMSA.
