Greg Del Fium

Greg Del Fium, CPA (active) is an accomplished leader with an extensive background in high growth technology and consumer healthcare with deep financial experience with private equity and publicly traded companies. As CAO of InBrace, Greg will help drive the company’s key financial and business critical initiatives while ensuring the company meets its reporting requirements. He is responsible for accounting systems, policies and procedures, while managing the continued buildout of the accounting, payroll, and treasury functions.

Greg is an expert in process and system analysis and implementation; initial public offerings; mergers and acquisitions; accounting for complex transactions such as revenue recognition, stock compensation, lease accounting, and consolidation.

Before joining InBrace, Greg spent more than 13 years in financial leadership positions at various companies. He was the VP, Corporate Controller at HydraFacial where he led the company through a de-spac transaction to becoming a multi billion dollar public company (Nasdaq: SKIN). Greg’s prominent impact includes VP and director accounting roles at Velocify, Riot Games, and International Education Corporation.

Greg began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche. He received his Bachelor’s in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA.
