Nathan Dau

Nathan Dau is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the Head of Private Investments at Passaic Capital Management since April 2024, focusing on innovative and fast-growing private companies. Previously, Nathan held the position of Executive Director at Vivo Capital from January 2017 to April 2024, specializing in growth equity and private equity investments in commercial stage healthcare companies across various sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at HighBar Partners, where Nathan concentrated on enterprise software investments, and as an Associate at Citi, where over $28 billion in M&A transactions were advised. Nathan began the career as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, participating in significant M&A transactions amounting to over $2.2 billion. Nathan holds an MBA in Finance, Management & Organizations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a JD from Columbia Law School, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University.
