David Schonthal is a Clinical Professor of Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where David serves as Director of Entrepreneurship Programs and Faculty Director of the Zell Fellows program, as well as Director of the Levy Institute for Entrepreneurial Practice. Schonthal is also a columnist for Inc. Magazine and a bestselling author of "The Human Element: Overcoming the Resistance That Awaits New Ideas." With experience as an Operating Partner at 7wire Ventures and a Global Advisor at D4V, Schonthal has been involved in various roles that bridge education, entrepreneurship, and healthcare innovation. Additionally, Schonthal has contributed to venture capital efforts at Pritzker Group and strategic roles at IDEO and other organizations, advancing early-stage technology and healthcare businesses. Schonthal holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in International Relations, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
