Jack Cleverly

Jack Cleverly is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in underwriting and market analysis. At INCA Capital from October 2019 to May 2023, Jack served as Vice President and Senior Real Estate Analyst, underwriting real estate loans across various asset types and contributing to over $250 million in financing. Jack is also the Founder of Custom Lux, a business focused on residential redevelopment and renovation, and has held the position of Project Manager at MDF Development since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Market Research Analyst at Meritage Homes, where Jack was responsible for underwriting land development assets exceeding $250 million. Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from the University of Miami and studied Accounting and Finance at Creighton University.
