Agnieszka Wojtera

Agnieszka Wojtera has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Agnieszka started their career in 1994 at The Association of Chartered Accountants in Poland, where they served as the Head of Customers Relationship Department for 6 years. Agnieszka then moved to mBank S.A. in 2000, where they worked as a Project Manager for 3 years. In 2003, they joined Bank BPH as the Manager of SME Products, holding the position for 5 years. Agnieszka then joined SAP in 2008 as a Programe Director in Digital Business Services - Global Delivery Execution of Financial Services EMEA, where they remained for 9 years. Currently, they are the Managing Director, Asia Pacific at incadea since 2017.

Agnieszka Wojtera has a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Lodz, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. In 2000 to 2001, they earned a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science (IT) from the same university. Agnieszka also obtained an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford between 2013 and 2015. Agnieszka received a professional qualification in accountancy, finance, and management from ACCA in 2006. Agnieszka furthered their education in 2020 by completing a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management. Recently, in 2021, they enrolled in the MIT School of Engineering to pursue a Diploma in Quantum Computing. Agnieszka also holds a certification as an EGN Malaysia Member from the EGN Group, which was obtained in 2023.
