Cristina Clima Haug, ACCA has a diverse work experience. Cristina started their career as a Member of the public relations department at Centrul de Dezvoltare a Carierei in 2009 and later worked as a General Secretary at Organizatia Tinerilor Basarabeni din Zona de Vest from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they joined B&C Consulting as a Business Analyst for a short period of time. Cristina then moved on to Deloitte Romania, where they worked in various roles from 2013 to 2016, including Intern, Audit Assistant, Experienced Assistant, and Auditor In Charge.
Since 2016, Cristina has been with incadea, where they have held multiple positions. Their roles at incadea include Associate Internal Controls Governance from September 2016 to May 2018, Senior Associate Internal Controls Governance from June 2018 to June 2019, Senior Specialist Group Finance from July 2019 to December 2021, Group Finance and Reporting Manager from January 2022 to October 2023, and currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer.

Cristina Clima Haug, ACCA, has a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from West University of Timisoara, which they completed between 2009 and 2012. Cristina then pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at West University of Timisoara from 2012 to 2014. As part of their studies, they also completed an Erasmus program in International Management at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2012-2013. Later, they obtained their ACCA qualification in Accounting and Finance from ACCA, completing it between 2016 and 2020.
