Nicki Richards has a strong background in sales and management roles. Nicki started their career as a General Manager at Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Ltd in 2004 and held this position for eight years. In 2013, they became the General Manager at HWI Limited before being promoted to the position of General Manager at EasyFleet New Zealand in 2014. From 2016 onwards, Nicki held roles as Country Manager - New Zealand (& Australia) at incadea and later transitioned to the role of Sales Director - Asia Pacific in 2022. Throughout their career, they have focused on building relationships, managing budgets, executing strategic plans, and driving regional growth.

Nicki Richards has a Grad Dip. Business degree in Marketing from The University of Auckland. Nicki also attended Pakuranga College.
