Mark Carbungco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and strategic account management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Customer Success for Asia Pacific at IGT Solutions since September 2021, Mark has also been a Council Member at GLG since June 2014. Previously, as Strategic Account Manager at SHORE Solutions Inc., part of Acquire BPO, responsibilities included managing client relationships across technology, fintech, real estate, consumer products, and e-commerce sectors in multiple regions including Australia, the UK, the US, and China. Mark's earlier experience at Teleperformance involved roles such as Director of Strategy and Business Development and Director of Key Accounts, where oversight included managing multiple programs in Indonesia and contributing to core management strategies. Beginning a career at Globe Telecom, Mark held various positions focused on customer service and quality management. Mark holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, earned between 2001 and 2004.
