Dean McArdle is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Incandescent. Prior to their current role, Dean held the same position at Puro Sound Labs where Dean managed logistics, operations, marketing, direct to consumer, and retail sales, achieving over 100% growth during their tenure. Before that, Dean worked at Gigya as a Manager in Enterprise Business Development, overseeing a team of sales development representatives reaching out to enterprise companies in the United States. Dean also has experience in journalism, having worked as an Editorial Intern at Palo Alto Weekly and as a Sports Reporter at The Stanford Daily Newspaper. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & History from Stanford University.
