Francesc Font Cot

Francesc Font Cot has been working in the digital business sector since 2007. Francesc began their career as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Economics at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. In 2011, they co-founded and served as CEO of Nubelo, a digital talent community. In 2016, they co-founded and served as CEO of Bandit, the most wanted talent. From 2018 to 2020, they served as CEO of Carethy, a leading e-commerce platform. In 2019, they became a shareholder and advisor of Matcha & CO. Francesc also held shareholder and advisor roles at SocialPay (Marketpay.io, Truust.io) and Orain Technologies from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, from 2018 to 2020, they were an Industrial PHD Student at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and a Professor in the inDIGITAL program in Digital Management of Marketing & Sales. Most recently, they became a Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Incapto Coffee in 2020.

Francesc Font Cot has a comprehensive education history. Francesc received a Licenciado in Administration and Direction of Enterprises from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 1998 and 2002. Francesc then completed a Posgrado in Direction of Human Resources from Cambra de Comerç de Sabadell between 2006 and 2007. In 2007, they attended Esade for Executive Education in Programa Directores Propietarios. Finally, they attended IESE Business School between 2012 and 2013 for Programa Learning To Grow in Crecimientos de empresas.
