Nancy Nygard Pilon

Nancy Nygard Pilon has served as the Executive Director of Incarnation Camp and Conference Center since November 2010, after previously holding the roles of COO and Camp Director at the same organization from 2003 to 2010. In these positions, Nancy ensured operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and quality programming while overseeing staff, marketing, and risk management. Earlier experience includes an internship at the University of Kansas Athletics, where research and policy development focused on gender equity, as well as roles in student services and academic advising at the University of Maryland University College and West Virginia University, respectively. Nancy holds a Ph.D. in Sports Management from The University of Kansas, a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the same institution.
